8. Data Security:
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
In case of data breach, we will notify the competent data protection authority within the legally required time frames, and the users in case of high risk. 9. Retention of Data:
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary, and for a max of one year for all data, to fulfill the purposes described in this PrivacyPolicy, unless otherwise required by law. If there are no contrary legal or contractual obligations, we will delete your data once the storage processing period has expired as part of our usual processes.
WordPress application backups are retained for one year.
