We may collect the following categories of personal data, which we consider are the minimum necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (see clause 3) :

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and website usage data through cookies and tracking technologies (automatically collected).
Interaction Data(contact information you provide through contact forms,  inquiries or application in response to our job postings): full name, email address, phone number, location, job title, company name, CVs and any additional information submitted through contact forms or to our email (voluntary provided)

We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include such information in your message.

We do not intentionally collect data from children under the age of 13 or sensitive personal data. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately. We only obtain personal data directly from you or through automated collection via cookies.

We do not perform any automated decision-making or profiling with your personal data.

Where we rely on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (e.g., ensuring website security), we have conducted a balancing test confirming that our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

We may share your personal data with third parties, such as:

Affiliates: for business reasons such as to assist with inquiries or transactions

Service Providers: for technical reasons, such as companies providing IT, analytics, or marketing services.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties and, in the eventuality that your personal data is shared with third parties, we ensure that they respect an adequate level of protection when processing your personal data through data processing agreements.

8. Data Security:

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

In case of data breach, we will notify the competent data protection authority within the legally required time frames, and the users in case of high risk. 9. Retention of Data:

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary, and for a max of one year for all data, to fulfill the purposes described in this PrivacyPolicy, unless otherwise required by law. If there are no contrary legal or contractual obligations, we will delete your data once the storage processing period has expired as part of our usual processes.

WordPress application backups are retained for one year.
